We at 3800 welcome you to our family. Here are some things you may find useful right away....

 

•The building is now completely non-smoking

 

•Empty parking spaces may be used for guests only with approval of the Front Desk.

 

•The Front Desk is manned 24 hours a day except in very rare circumstances. 

 

•The Lobby doors require your electronic FOB to open if no one is at the Front Desk to open them for you. 

​

NOTE: The door from the building to the pool deck may, sometimes, require your FOB to re-enter the building. Being stuck on the deck half naked, without your FOB or your phone can be awkward.

​

•The gate from the pool deck to the beach now requires a separate key. There is a plan to integrate that lock with the FOB system.

​

•Basic Cox Cable (TV and Internet) is provided by the Association. Additional services (Premium Channels, Gigabit Wireless) may be purchased from Cox. At present there is no building wide WiFi.

​

•Each floor has a trash chute, a laundry, and a storage closet.  In the storage closet, each Condo has a shelf for chairs and toys. Remember that the same key opens every closet, so don’t keep your jewelry in the there.

​

•Bikes parked outside are a target of thieves. A bike storage room is available, for a fee, from the Manager.

​

•News of the North End neighborhood can be found on Nextdoor.com

​

• Residents have asked that our Website, 3800atlantic.net be private, so each page has a password. Since the page you are reading is public, please inquire at the Front Desk about Passwords.
